easy to enquire about availability and book your
luxury serviced apartment – just follow
these simple steps :
- Call us on (01252) 612100 to check availability
on your preferred dates and to discuss your
requirements.
- Print and read our standard Terms
and Conditions
- Place your booking with us by phone. We will
take all the necessary details from you and
then send you a completed booking form to sign
and return.
- Pay your booking deposit of £200, plus
the balance of your rent due if booking within
28 days of arrival. If you wish to pay by credit
card we can take your card details when you
book. Otherwise, you can send a cheque when
you return the booking form, or alternatively
pay by bank transfer direct to our account.
- Return your signed booking form to us.
And that’s it! We will confirm your booking
to you in writing once we have received your booking
form and deposit, and you will be sent an invoice
showing the balance of rent due to be paid 28
days prior to your arrival date. Credit card details
held by Living Space Apartments will be debited
28 days prior to your arrival.
We will then contact you before your arrival
to make arrangements for checking in.
Payment
We are pleased to accept the following methods
of payment
- Bank to bank transfer to our account (note that payments by bank transfer must reach us net of all charges)
- Cheque or banker’s draft
- Debit card (Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron,
Switch, Delta)
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) - credit
card payment charges will be applied at the
following rates: Visa/Mastercard 2% surcharge,
Amex 4% surcharge.
