once you have paid the rent for your apartment,
there are simply no other charges to pay, other
than VAT if applicable and the cost of any telephone
calls you may make.
All our serviced apartments include the
following services:
Broadband: FREE high speed broadband
internet connection is provided.
Entertainment: our apartments
are equipped with wide screen TV (with FREE digital
TV channels), DVD and CD player. Most master bedrooms
also have a television with DVD.
Housekeeping: apartments are
visited weekly for cleaning, and this includes
a full linen change. Maid duties are to change
all linen, make beds, clean kitchens and bathrooms
and generally dust, vacuum and tidy the apartment.
Information pack: an information
pack will be provided which gives specific apartment
information, maps, useful local information and
emergency contact details. Appliance instructions
will be provided in the apartment itself.
Kitchen: all necessary crockery,
cutlery, pans, utensils, tableware and glassware
are provided for general food preparation and
home entertaining. In addition, kitchens are equipped
with a hob, oven and extractor, kettle and toaster,
microwave, washer/ dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Please ask if you have any special requirements
and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Linen, bedding and towels: towels
and linen sufficient for one week are provided,
and all linen and towels are changed weekly. Additional
linen and towels can be provided on request.
Parking: each apartment has
an allocated parking space, and a limited number
of visitor spaces are usually available.
Welcome Pack: a complimentary
basic welcome pack is provided. This includes
fresh milk, bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar,
washing machine and dishwasher tablets, cleaning
products and bathroom toiletries (soap, shower
gel and shampoo). Please ask if you require additional
groceries to be supplied prior to your arrival.
Hairdryer: an electric hairdryer
is provided.
Iron and ironing board: an iron
and ironing board are provided.
