More space, more freedom
An apartment gives you the space to spread
out, sometimes up to 3 times more space than a
hotel room. You no longer have to live and sleep
within the same four walls – now you can
cook, entertain and have guests to stay. You can
eat what you like, when you like, and you can
come and go as you please, without the restrictions
of hotel porters. You can bring your family with
you, or have them visit at weekends – an
apartment is so much more family friendly.
Stay for a short while
Frequently, when you rent a flat the minimum rental
period is six months – no use at all if
you're on a shorter visit or can't commit to a
long contract. But our mimimum stay is only 1
week – and for as long as you like beyond
that.
No hassle!
When you rent an apartment from Living Space Apartments,
all the complications of renting a property are
taken care of for you. You don’t have to
worry about tenancy agreements, leases or notice
periods. There is no need to take on the utilities
(gas, water, electricity), or deal with council
tax – they are all included in the price.
And of course all telephone, broadband and television
services are installed for you to use as you wish.
More cost effective than you might think
You may be surprised to find that our prices compare
very favourably with a hotel stay, and can sometimes
be substantially cheaper. And because we charge
for the whole apartment, rather than per person,
you can make even greater savings by visiting
as a family or by sharing an apartment with a
colleague.
Security and privacy
We recognise that our apartments should feel safe
and secure, for both our residents and their belongings,
and particularly for women staying alone. For
this reason we choose quiet residential areas
and our apartments are often in gated developments.
We always choose apartments that are first floor
or above, with intercom access to grounds and
blocks and keypad entry systems where available.
All inclusive prices
Once you have paid the rent for your apartment,
there are simply no other charges to pay, other
than VAT and the cost of any telephone calls you
may make. Compare that to all the extras you might
incur in a hotel, or all the utility and local
council tax bills you have to take on if you rent
a property on a regular tenancy, and it is easy
to see how savings can be made with us.
Home comforts and familiar appliances
Everything is done to make your stay a pleasant
one, from the luxurious soft sheets and plumped
up pillows on our beds to the soft towels and
power showers in our bathrooms. But it will still
feel like a home, because you will be able to
iron a shirt in the morning, cook beans on toast
or pizza for tea if you feel like it, put a bottle
of wine in the fridge, or put your feet up on
the sofa to watch the football. We provide a full
range of household appliances in our apartments
to make your stay as easy as possible.
See something of the local community
Far from the anonymity of a hotel room, our apartments
are carefully chosen to be in safe residential
areas where you can see something of the local
environment and feel part of a community for the
duration of your stay. And rather than eating
every day in the same hotel restaurant, you have
the freedom to try local pubs and restaurants,
shop locally or even have groceries delivered.
